If I google these terms, the information I find on google will be written on purpose, sometimes, I have a hard time negotiating the correct solution. The problem is, there is very less information/resources available on the Sri Lankan internet space. If we look at the numbers carefully, The resources, and information available on different websites are lesser than the number of people searching for them on search engines. This is an actual problem in the country.

In the people perspective, we can identify two different things as the problem. Lesser number of tech-literate people on the internet even though the internet becoming a considerable part of our day-to-day life as well as lesser websites to provide such information.

Hence, the consumers will have to refer to multiple sources of information such as different websites, discussion forums, product review sites, etc. in order to make a well-informed buying decision.

In Sri Lanka, the majority of businesses are unable to reach out and capture their potential customers who are in search of the products and services that they offer.
